Patriots Equal Best Winning Streak From Tom Brady Years with Win Against Jets
Rookie TreVeyon Henderson has recorded five TDs during the current campaign
The New England Patriots matched their best victory streak from the Brady period as they defeated AFC East opponents the New York Jets by 13 points in professional football
First-year standout Henderson shone brightly with three scores as the Patriots claimed an eight-game winning streak for the initial occasion since iconic QB Brady's closing campaign with the franchise in the 2019 season

The opposing team had gone in front at their home field with quarterback Fields running in a five-yard TD to finish the Jets' initial series

"It was a key occasion for him rising to the challenge, and it's been great for him to keep getting these reps," Maye commented on the rookie. "He wants to be outstanding."
Justin Fields threw to Metchie in the latter part of the third quarter to close the gap for the Jets but Andy Borregales kicked a two field goals in the final period as the home side sealed the win
